I enjoy working with clients who relish the challenge of an intensive training program, assisting them in achieving short and long term fitness goals. Whether you are looking to train as a competitive bodybuilder, increase strength, postural correction, lose or gain weight, increase flexibility, or shape and tone up, I have the knowledge and experience to help you get the results you desire.

My goal is to design comprehensive fitness programs that will provide clients with consistency in their exercise routine because that's the only way it is going to work. The key to success in fitness is not the method, it is precise execution and persistence that gets results. That is the focus I wish to share with my clients.
