Sampson is a high energy trainer who returning to Hong Kong after spending 20 years in New York, he loves nothing more than giving people a fun and effective workout to maximize their output.  He is a certified NASM personal trainer and has several years of experience designing personalized fitness programs that have delivered great results for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Specializing in circuit training, body toning, shaping, strength and flexibility training as well as postural correction workouts, Sampson enjoys working with clients who relish the challenge of achieving their short and long term fitness goals.
